两种类型大白菜品种对3种主要病害的苗期抗性鉴定
Evaluation of Seedling Resistance of Two Types of Chinese Cabbage Cultivars Against Three Major Diseases

Abstract
To systematically assess seedling-stage disease resistance of Chinese cabbage cultivars listed in the National Directory for the Promotion of Excellent Crop Varieties(2023),this study conducted seedling-stage resistance evaluations of nine core varieties and seven emerging lines of Chinese cabbage to soft rot,clubroot,and Verticillium wilt using detached-leaf inoculation,pathogen-suspension root drenching,and root-dip inoculation methods,respectively,under greenhouse conditions.The results showed that all tested Chinese cabbage varieties were susceptible or highly susceptible to soft rot.For clubroot resistance,isolates collected from Henan,Chongqing,and Hebei were used for inoculation.Variety'CR117'exhibited resistance or high resistance to isolates from three regions,where as'Xixing 90'and'Xixing 78'showed resistance to isolates from Henan and Chongqing.In contrast,'Improved Qingza No.3','Qinghua 76'and'Autumn Green 60'were found to be susceptible or highly susceptible to isolates from three regions.In Verticillium wilt assays,only'Jingqiu No.3'displayed moderate resistance,while all other varieties exhibited susceptibility or high susceptibility.Collectively,these results demonstrate pronounced differences in resistance profiles between core and emerging Chinese cabbage varieties against three major diseases,offering valuable insights and a basis for disease-resistant Chinese cabbage breeding and region-specific cultivar deployment.关键词
