Abstract
Radioactive pharmaceuticals are special drugs used for medical diagnosis and treatment,yet their inherent characteristics such as short half-life and difficulties in storage and transportation have created tough and blocking points in the supervision of their operation and use links.By analyzing the current regulatory basis for radioactive pharmaceuticals and combining the practical problems in the operation and use links,this paper puts forward targeted optimization suggestions,aiming to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of supervision.The study finds that in the operation link,there exist problems such as poor compatibility with the Good Supply Practice(GSP)and difficulty in evaluating the licensing inspection;the use link is trapped in a dilemma of poor collaborative supervision among multiple departments and unclear division of inspection responsibilities.Accordingly,corresponding countermeasures are proposed from three aspects:revision and improvement of laws and regulations,moderate optimization of talent allocation,and establishment of a cross-departmental collaborative inspection mechanism,so as to provide a strong support for the high-quality development and supervision of radioactive pharmaceuticals.关键词
