Abstract
With the comprehensive implementation of the diagnosis-related groups/diagnosis-intervention packet(DRG/DIP)payment system,the evaluation criteria for the value of medical services have transitioned from a single-dimensional"quantity"perspective to a dual-dimensional framework of"quality and efficiency"and"cost control".Rheumatoid arthritis(RA),a highly disabling autoimmune disorder,encounters three core challenges during its long-term management:disease progression,adverse drug reactions,and economic burden.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)possesses unique advantages in the treatment of RA,characterized by multi-target action and holistic regulation.Nevertheless,its clinical value has not been fully manifested within the DRG/DIP system.Based on the core logic of the DRG/DIP payment reform,this paper systematically organizes the mechanism of action,clinical evidence,and health economic value of TCM in the full-course management of RA.It explores how TCM meets the"value-oriented"requirements of the DRG/DIP system for medical services by optimizing diagnosis and treatment pathways,reducing the risk of complications,and enhancing patients'quality of life.Moreover,it offers policy and practical evidence for constructing an integrated Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment model for RA.关键词
