黄淮海平原耕地利用生态效率与粮食生产安全耦合协调研究
THE COUPLING AND COORDINATION OF ECOLOGICAL EFFICIENCY OF FARMLAND UTILIZATION AND FOOD PRODUCTION SAFETY IN HUANG-HUAI-HAI PLAIN

Abstract
To reveal the intrinsic coupling mechanism between the ecological efficiency of farmland utilization and food production safety,aiming to achieve the"dual security"of food and ecology in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain.This research adopted econometric methods,such as the super-efficiency SBM model,entropy weight TOPSIS model and coupling coordination model,to conduct an empirical study on the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and driving factors of the dual systems in the Huang-Huai-Hai region over the past two decades.The results were listed as follows.(1)The ecological efficiency of farmland utilization in the Huang-Huai-Hai region significantly improved,but there was a clear regional imbalance,showing a distribution trend of"high in the middle and low in the north and south."The overall level of food production safety was steadily increasing,with a spatial distribution of"high in the north and low in the south."The spatial distribution equilibrium was stronger than that of the ecological efficiency of farmland utilization;(2)At the level of coupling coordination,the Huang-Huai-Hai region achieved a state transition from"mild imbalance"to"intermediate coordination"in the dual system,with significant regional differences in coupling coordination levels and still significant room for improvement;(3)The analysis of driving factors confirmed that the urbanization process had an inhibitory effect on the degree of coupling coordination,while financial support for agriculture,science and technology,culture,and environmental governance had a positive driving effect on the degree of coupling coordination.Therefore,the study proposes to strengthen top-level design and institutional innovation,cultivate new quality productivity in agriculture,transform agricultural technology innovation into a core driving force,and strengthen the efforts of ecological environment protection and land system reform,providing theoretical experience and decision support for further achieving efficient synergy between farmland ecological efficiency and food production safety.关键词
