中药复方预防与治疗核辐射损伤的效果及其作用机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Effects and Mechanisms of Chinese Herbal Compound Formula in the Prevention and Treatment of Nuclear Radiation Injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Chinese herbal formula in the prevention and treatment of nuclear radiation injury.Methods Through literature review and analysis,the pharmacological effects,clinical applications,and molecular mechanisms of Chinese herbal compound formula in anti-radiation were systematically reviewed.Results Chinese herbal compound formula can enhance the body's anti-nuclear radiation capacity and alleviate nuclear radiation injury through multiple pathways,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,and protection of hematopoietic system,while also promoting the repair of damaged tissues.Classic compound formulas such as Siwu Decoction,Shiquan Dabu Decoction,and Yangyin Kangdu San can modulate signaling pathways including Notch,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt),and nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor(Nrf2),thereby promoting hematopoietic recovery,inhibiting inflammatory responses,and strengthening the body's anti nuclear radiation.Chinese herbal compound formula show good therapeutic efficacy in acute radiation sickness,hematopoietic dysfunction,immune disorders,and neurological damage.Conclusion Chinese herbal compound formula possess advantages of multi-component,multi-target,and holistic regulation in combating nuclear radiation injury,and hold promising application prospects.However,their mechanisms require further in-depth exploration,and high-quality clinical trials and standardized research should be promoted.关键词
