基于科技小院的农业硕士培养模式优化与实践
摘要
Abstract
The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and the acceleration of agricultural and rural modernization have set higher demands on the cultivation of high-level applied talents in agricultural sciences.Currently,the cultivation of professional master's degree students in agriculture generally suffers from the problems of"emphasizing theory over practice,and valuing thesis over technology",making the traditional training model inadequate for industrial needs.As an innovative postgraduate training model integrating talent cultivation,scientific innovation,and social service,the Science and Technology Courtyard(STC)places postgraduate students on the front line of agricultural production for extended periods,effectively promoting the close integration of classroom learning and rural practice.However,during the promotion of the STC model,issues such as a lack of practical teaching bases,fixed research bases,and ideological and political education bases have emerged.To address these problems,this paper proposes constructing a"university-local government co-constructed,resource-sharing"practice platform,improving the"dual-supervisor"collaborative mechanism,establishing long-term fixed research bases,developing the STC into an ideological and political education base,and optimizing the training program and evaluation system.Taking the Apple STC in Tumushuke City,Xinjiang as an example,this paper systematically elaborates on the remarkable achievements of this model in talent cultivation,industrial service,and social service.In conclusion,the STC model can effectively enhance students'passion for agriculture,rural areas,and rural people,as well as their practical abilities,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and provide strong support for the reform of professional master's degree training models in agricultural sciences and for rural revitalization across the board.关键词
