妇科肿瘤患者感知健康能力和伴侣回应的关系及痛苦表露与耐受的作用
Role of emotional disclosure and psychological distress tolerance in association between perceived health competence and partner responsiveness among patients with gynecological malignancies

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between perceived partner responsiveness and perceived health competence in patients with gynecologic malignancies,and to analyze the roles of distress disclosure and tol-erance of Psychological distress.Methods:A total of 204 patients from the Department of Gynecologic Oncology Surgery at a tertiary Grade A oncology hospital in Zhejiang Province were enrolled.The participants completed the Perceived Partner Responsiveness Scale(PPRS),Distress Disclosure Index(DDI),Tolerance of Mental Pain Scale(TMPS-10),and Perceived Health Competence Scale(PHCS).Mediation effect analysis was conducted using the Process 4.1 plugin in SPSS software,with significance verified through bootstrap mediation effect testing and 95％confidence intervals.Results:The PPRS,DDI,TMPS-10,and PHCS scores showed positive correlations with each other(r=0.16-0.51,Ps＜0.05).A significant positive association was found between perceived partner respon-siveness and perceived health competence,with distress disclosure and tolerance of psychological distress serving as mediators(β=0.04).The mediation effect size was 0.07,the total effect size was 0.11,and the mediation effect accounted for 61.1％of the total effect.Conclusions:In patients with gynecological malignancies,perveived partner responsiveness is not only directly associated with perceived health competence but is also indirectly associated with perceived health competence through the mediating role of tolerance of psychological distress and the chain media-tion of distress disclosure and tolerance of psychological distress.关键词
