非农就业对茶农绿色生产技术采纳的影响
THE IMPACT OF NON-FARM EMPLOYMENT ON TEA FARMERS'ADOPTION OF GREEN PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Abstract
In the context of high-quality agricultural development,it is very important to explore the impact of non-agricultural employment on the adoption of green production technology by tea farmers based on different working distances.Based on 818 household survey data,this research used the Double-Hurdle model to investigate the impact of non-agricultural employment on the adoption of green production technologies by tea farmers based on different commuting distances,and explored the mediating effect of heterogeneous social capital.The study found that:(1)Commuting distances had different effects on the adoption of green production technology by tea farmers.Among them,migrant workers significantly promoted tea farmers'adoption of green production technology,while local workers had a positive but insignificant impact on the adoption of green production technology of tea farmers.After the endogenous problem was solved by using instrumental variables,the above conclusions were still valid.(2)Mechanism analysis showed that migrant workers not only directly affected the adoption of green production technology by tea farmers,but also promoted its protection level through expanding heterogeneous social networks and improving farmers'cognitive ability to enhance heterogeneous social capital.(3)In addition,the impact of migrant workers on the adoption of green production technology of farmers had significant family and regional heterogeneity.Specifically,the impact of migrant workers on the rich experience capital and the adoption of green production technology by tea farmers in Huangshan Mountain area was more significant.Accordingly,we should coordinate and build an information exchange platform for farmers'migrant work,encourage them to strengthen heterogeneous social capital,and promote the level of agricultural green development at the micro level under the background of farmers'differentiation.关键词
