不同支持政策对家庭农场耕地质量保护行为的影响研究
THE IMPACT OF DIFFERENT SUPPORT POLICIES ON FAMILY FARMS'CULTIVATED LAND QUALITY PROTECTION BEHAVIOR

Abstract
Family farms serve as key agents in the protection of cultivated land quality.However,how different support policies affect their land conservation behaviors and how these policies can be optimally combined to produce synergistic effects remain insufficiently explored.Based on the survey data of 796 family farms in Zhejiang,Anhui,Shandong,Hunan and Sichuan provinces in China,this study investigated the impact of different support policies—namely subsidy support policy,technical support policy,and financial support policy—on the cultivated land quality protection behaviors of family farms.The results showed that:(1)All three types of support policies could significantly promote land quality protection behaviors among family farms,with the effects ranked in descending order as technical support policy,financial support policy,and subsidy support policy.(2)The three support policies influenced farmers'behavior through distinct mechanisms:the subsidy support policy enhanced expectations of returns from green production,the technical support policy strengthened farmers'awareness of sustainable practices,and the financial support policy reduced financing costs of green production.(3)In terms of policy mix effectiveness,combinations of subsidy and financial support,as well as technical and financial support,generated the most pronounced policy effects.(4)There was significant heterogeneity in policy effectiveness across different farm types.For farms with higher education,larger land scale,higher income level and poorer land conditions,subsidy support policy and financial support policy were more effective.Conversely,technical support policy had greater impact on small and medium scale farms and relatively better land conditions.Support policies played a critical role in shaping farmers'behavior toward cultivated land quality protection.To enhance the effectiveness,it is necessary to further consolidate existing policies,optimize policy combinations and implement targeted measures.关键词
