常州市宠物犬狂犬病抗体检测与分析
Detection and Analysis on the Levels of Rabies Antibodies of Dogs in Changzhou City
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the level of rabies virus antibodies in pet dogs in a district of Changzhou City,and to ensure public safety,100 pet dog sera were collected from the district,and canine rabies virus antibody tests were conducted using commercialized rabies virus ELISA antibody test kits.Of the 100 samples,6 were negative,25 were weakly positive,19 were positive,and 50 were strongly positive;the positive rate was 94％,protection rate was 69％.There are no significant differences between dogs of different sexes.The group protection rate did not reach the protection capacity published by the WO AH.It is necessary to further strengthen rabies prevention publicity and education for dog owners,improve the professional operational capacity of grassroots epidemic prevention personnel,strictly standardize vaccine storage and vaccination procedures to ensure vaccine efficacy,comprehensively enhance the prevention and control level of canine rabies,and reduce public health safety risks.关键词
