土地流转、风险感知与农户生计策略适应性

Abstract
The concentration of land transfer and the transformation of rural household livelihoods are accompanied by potential livelihood risks.Investigating the impact mechanisms of land transfer and risk perception on the adaptability of rural household livelihood strategies is of great significance for deepening the reform of the rural land system,consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation,and preventing large-scale relapse into poverty.Based on survey data from 744 rural households in 11 counties and cities of Hubei province,this study employed hierarchical linear modeling and mediation effect analysis to identify the direct impact of land transfer on the adaptability of livelihood strategies and the mediating pathways through risk perception.The results indicated that land transfer had a negative impact on the adaptability of rural household livelihood strategies through the mediating role of risk perception.Specifically,individual risk perception had a partial mediation effect,while systemic risk perception had a complete mediation effect.Therefore,in rural governance practice,policymakers should deeply understand rural households'cognitive limitations regarding subjective and objective livelihood risks,be vigilant in preventing livelihood risks triggered by land transfer,and establish a"modern agricultural community"with shared benefits and risk-sharing by developing the new rural collective economy and broadening channels for rural households to increase their incomes and become prosperous.This represents a feasible path to enhancing the adaptability of rural households'livelihood strategies.关键词
