新质生产力、技术进步对水产养殖业高质量发展的作用机理分析
MECHANISM OF NEW QUALITY PRODUCTIVITY AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRESS ON HIGH-QUALITY DEVELOPMENT OF AQUACULTURE

Abstract
As the innovative development achievement of Marxist Productivity Theory,new quality productivity provides theoretical support for the high-quality development of aquaculture.This study aims to systematically explore the mechanism of new productivity promoting the high-quality development of aquaculture industry through the path of technological progress,and identify its nonlinear characteristics and spatial spillover effect.Based on the provincial panel data of 20 typical aquaculture provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,and from the perspective of technological progress,this research constructed an analysis framework of fixed effect model,intermediary effect model,threshold effect model and spatial Durbin model,and systematically analyzed the mechanism of new quality productivity on the high-quality development of aquaculture.The results found that:(1)The new quality productivity had a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of aquaculture.(2)Technological progress played an important intermediary role in it,which verified the pivotal role of technological iteration in the transformation of productivity.(3)The effect of new quality productivity showed obvious nonlinear characteristics,and there was a single threshold effect;At the same time,it showed a significant spatial spillover effect through inter regional technology diffusion and resource coordination.Based on this,the research puts forward some policy suggestions,such as increasing support for advanced productivity,strengthening technical training and promotion,promoting the interaction between new quality productivity and technological progress,promoting interregional scientific and technological cooperation and resource sharing,and these efforts will help improve the technical standards and overall performance of aquaculture,and provide a basis for resolving the dilemma of"high investment-low efficiency"in aquaculture industry.关键词
