基于DPSIR-SBM模型的中国农业高质量发展效率时空分异与驱动因素研究
SPATIOTEMPORAL DIFFERENTIATION AND DRIVING FACTORS OF HIGH-QUALITY AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT EFFICIENCY IN CHINA BASED ON THE DPSIR-SBM MODEL

Abstract
Scientifically evaluating the dynamic relationship between resource environment and social economy,and establishing a macro-scale sustainable development evaluation model,is conducive to realizing the sustainable utilization of resource environment and high-quality economic development.Based on the panel data of 279 prefecture-level and above administrative units in China from 2012 to 2022,this research constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system for high-quality agricultural development efficiency with the help of the DPSIR model.Furthermore,it explored the evolution trend,regional differences and main driving factors by using the Super-SBM model,Kernel density estimation,Dagum Gini coefficient and GTWR model.The results showed that:(1)High-quality agricultural development efficiency in China and its four major regions presented an evolution trend of"slight decline in efficiency and weakening spatial differentiation".(2)The regional differences in high-quality agricultural development efficiency in China showed an expanding trend,which was mainly caused by inter-group differences.(3)From the analysis of driving factors,precipitation factors,the level of green finance,and the level of economic development exerted a positive driving effect on high-quality agricultural development efficiency in China.By contrast,large-scale land management and the level of information diffusion had a negative impact on high-quality agricultural development efficiency.Meanwhile,the influence directions of temperature factors,the level of green innovation,and human capital on high-quality agricultural development efficiency varied across different regions.Therefore,all regions should target regional disparities to adopt targeted policy measures,advance the balanced development of agriculture and rural areas,tackle the root causes of such disparities,optimize the spatial distribution of agricultural development,give full play to the positive effects of influencing factors,and refine the support system for high-quality agricultural development.关键词
