New Quality Productivity Drives Agricultural and Rural Modernization:Mechanisms,Blockages and Optimization
摘要
Abstract
The acceleration of new quality productive forces constitutes an intrinsic imperative for advancing agricultural and rural modernization.Harnessing these forces to propel modernization represents the inevitable trajectory of China's socio-economic transformation.Their coupling,integration,embedding and alignment across objectives,driving dynamics,developmental pathways,and institutional frameworks together delineate the internal logic by which new quality productive forces shape agricultural and rural modernization.At present,this trajectory faced formidable challenges,including inadequate technological adaptability,discontinuities in the capacities of principal actors,impediments to the circulation of production factors,and delays in institutional coordination.Only by surmounting the barriers of technological innovation,bridging capacity gaps among actors,unblocking channels of factor mobility,and reconstructing the institutional supply system could comprehensive solutions be forged.Such efforts would ultimately envision a new horizon in which agricultural and rural modernization was dynamically and systematically advanced under the impetus of new quality productive forces.关键词
