Abstract
For the 15th consecutive year,the Chinese Society of Extracorporeal Circulation(ChSECC)conducted a na-tionwide survey of cardiovascular surgery and extracorporeal circulation(ECC);this paper reports the results for 2025(the Ma-cao Special Administrative Region and the Taiwan region were not surveyed).Questionnaires were distributed to 819 hospitals,of which 799 responded(97.6%)and 794 performed cardiovascular surgery.In 2025,a total of 376 695 cardiovascular surgical procedures were performed nationwide,a 4.4%increase over 2024;of these,204 260(54.2%)were performed under cardio-pulmonary bypass(CPB),while the proportion of non-CPB procedures rose to 45.8%.By disease category,heart valve surgery ranked first(99 252 cases,26.3%),followed by coronary artery bypass grafting(84 483,22.4%),congenital heart disease sur-gery(79 301,21.1%)and great-vessel surgery(51 726,13.7%).Cardiac surgery-related extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)was applied in 10 075 cases across 412 centers;1 140 heart transplantations were performed nationwide,and the use of ventricular assist devices(VAD)increased markedly by 73.1%year on year;the utilization rate of domestically manufactured membrane oxygenators in CPB procedures rose to 14.0%.For the first time,data on minimally invasive(51 768 cases in total)and interventional(104 050 cases in total)cardiovascular treatments were systematically collected,reflecting the accelerating development of minimally invasive and interventional techniques.The number of ECC professionals increased by 105 compared with the previous year,yet a shortage of approximately 801 remains.These data provide a reference for the development of ECC and related disciplines,industrial strategic planning and health policy-making.关键词
