Abstract
Objective:To construct an indicator system of comprehensive evaluation for in-hospital application of absorbable hemostatic materials,so as to promote the development of the evaluation for absorbable hemostatic materials toward the direction of scientific standardization and unified standard.Methods:The published literatures of absorbable hemostatic materials of English and Chinese randomized control trial(RCT)and economic evaluation studies were retrieved from PubMed(USA),EMbase(Netherlands),Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL)(UK),and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP and Wanfang Databases of China since the time of establishing database to July 2023.The descriptive indicators of absorbable hemostatic materials,including effectiveness,safety,and economy in these included literatures,were extracted.Based on the clinical practice and evidence-based research,an indicator system of comprehensive evaluation for absorbable hemostatic materials was constructed through Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),which can integrate clinical value and management efficacy.Then,the use method of that was formulated.Results:The indicator system of comprehensive evaluation for in-hospital application of absorbable hemostatic materials included six primary indicators:effectiveness,safety,economy,innovation,suitability,and accessibility,and corresponding 13 secondary indicators and 19 tertiary indicators.The weights of six primary indicators were respectively 0.4582,0.2391,0.1069,0.1069,0.0444 and 0.0444.The quantitative score of the indicators adopted 10-point scale,which included 10,5 and 0 point,and the total score was the sum of scores that evaluated scores multiplied weight of all tertiary indicators.The total scores were final scores,which can directly be used to conduct screening and comparison for absorbable hemostatic materials.Conclusion:The indicator system of comprehensive evaluation for in-hospital application of absorbable hemostatic materials can clarify idea of scientific selection about the products of absorbable hemostatic materials for medical institutions,and provide scientific basis for selection,procurement and clinical utilization of absorbable hemostatic materials.关键词
