Abstract
Objective:To construct a dynamic risk management model for procurement supply chain of medical consumables on the basis of decision making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)analysis and Analytic Network Process(ANP),so as to analyze application value of that in managing medical consumables. Methods:An indicator system included 6 dimensions with 24 risk factors was determined through literature review and expert interviews. The DEMATEL method was used to identify key nodes of risks, and the ANP was used to calculate dynamic risk weights. Then,a dynamic risk management model of integrating DEMATEL and ANP was constructed.A total of 1,200 medical consumables that were used in clinical practice of People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January to December 2024 were selected.According to different management modes,600 medical consumables that were used from January to June were managed by using conventional management mode, and 600 medical consumables that were used from July to December were managed by using the dynamic risk management model based on DEMATEL and ANP(model management mode). The effects of dynamic risk management for procurement supply chain of medical consumables of two kinds of management modes were compared.A self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction rates of medical staffs of using and managing consumables, managers for consumable, and commissioners for coordinating materials about clinical management. Results:The occurrence rates of risks in supplier, procurement, logistics, inventory, policy, and technique of six dimensions were respectively 3.33%,6.67%,6.33%,6.83%,7.00%,and 7.33%under the model management mode(600 medical consumables),all of which were lower than those under the conventional management mode(600 medical consumables),and the differences were statistically significant(x2=6.502,9.007,12.763,12.771,13.176,13.394,P<0.05).The average procurement cycle, turnover days of inventory, duration of management settlement process, and response time of getting materials under the model management mode were all shorter than those under the conventional management mode, and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.713,9.598,28.772,19.490,P<0.05).The monthly average times of emergency procurement, monthly average shortage times, and monthly average non-emergency procurement times for medical consumables under the model management mode were less than those under the conventional management mode, and the differences were statistically significant(t=26.271,22.064,25.888,P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of medical staffs of using and managing consumables, managers for consumable, and commissioners for coordinating materials about clinical management under the model management mode were all higher than those under the conventional management mode, and the differences were statistically significant(x2=4.800,9.585,4.286,P<0.05).Conclusion:The dynamic risk management model for procurement supply chain of medical consumables on the basis of DEMATEL and ANP can achieve precise prevention and control, and dynamic optimization for risks of supply chain of medical consumables, and improve efficiency and quality of managing consumables, and enhance the satisfaction rate of persons who use and manage consumables.关键词
