Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of calcipotriol ointment combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of plaque-type psoriasis.Methods A total of 108 patients with plaque psoriasis who were admitted to Fuxin General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January 2023 to March 2025 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcipotriol ointment alone,while the observation group was treated with calcipotriol ointment externally combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets.The psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and serum helper T cell 1(Th1)and helper T cell 17(Th17)cytokines were detected.The recurrence and adverse reactions were also statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the PASI scores of both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.59%,which was higher than 74.07%in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-17(IL-17),and interleukin-22(IL-22)in the observation group were lower after treatment(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P＞0.05),but the recurrence interval in the observation group was significantly longer(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of calcipotriol ointment and thymosin enteric-coated tablets has a remarkable clinical efficacy in treating plaque psoriasis.It can effectively alleviate symptoms,improve Th cell immune disorder,prolong the recurrence interval,and has a relatively high safety profile.关键词
