Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula combined with standard therapy on ventricular remodeling and quality of life in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and reduced ejection fraction heart failure.Methods A total of 123 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease combined with reduced ejection fraction heart failure who were admitted to Zunyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given standardized Western medicine treatment.The experimental group was additionally treated with Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05),while the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)was lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale(MLHFQ)was also lower(P＜0.05).The 6-minute walking distance in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total score of the main and secondary symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the standard Western medicine treatment for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease combined with reduced ejection fraction heart failure,the addition of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula can better improve the patient's cardiac function,reverse ventricular remodeling,thereby improving the patient's quality of life,and the combined treatment regimen has good safety.关键词
