Discussion on the Clinical Application of Lingui Zhugan Tang in Treating Different Diseases with the Same Method Based on the Differentiation System of "Twelve Cardinal Principles-Pathology-Prescription and Syndromes"

Abstract
Linggui Zhugan Tang originated from the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases.It is a representative formula for the treatment of phlegm and retained fluid disease.This paper systematically summarizes the clinical application of Linggui Zhugan Tang in the treatment of different diseases based on the "twelve cardinal principles-pathology-prescriptions and syndromes" differentiation system.Linggui Zhugan Tang can be used in the treatment of chronic heart failure,benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,renal edema,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,chronic gastritis,allergic rhinitis and other diseases.Linggui Zhugan Tang can be used to treat different diseases according to the core pathological state of retained phlegm and fluid,which demonstrates the dialectical approach of matching the formula to the syndrome and emphasizing the pathogenesis.关键词
