Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with Baduanjin exercise under the CICARE(Connect-Introduce-Communicate-Ask-Respond-Exit)communication model in the nursing of elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 140 elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted to the Siming Branch of the First affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were equally divided into an observation group and a control group,with 70 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation diagnosis,treatment,and nursing interventions,while the observation group received auricular point pressing beans and Baduanjin exercise based on the CICARE communication model.The blood pressure and blood lipid of the patients were measured.The self-management ability of the patients was evaluated by using the self-efficacy evaluation scale.The nursing satisfaction of the patients at discharge was statistically recorded.Results Compared with before nursing,at the two time points of discharge and 2 weeks after discharge,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol,triglycerides,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels of the two groups all decreased,while the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level and self-management ability score significantly increased(P<0.05);further comparison between the groups showed that the above indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of auricular point pressing beans combined with Baduanjin exercise under the CICARE communication model has a good effect in the nursing of elderly patients with essential hypertension.It can not only effectively control blood pressure and blood lipid levels,but also improve patients'self-management ability,ultimately enhancing patient satisfaction.关键词
