教育家精神引领下乡村教师专业发展支持路径研究

Abstract
Against the backdrop of rural revitalization across the board and high-quality and balanced development of education,guiding the professional growth of rural teachers with the spirit of educators is of great value in improving the quality of rural education and serving agricultural and rural modernization.At present,the professional development of rural teachers faces problems such as insufficient development of local resources,lack of agricultural integration training,weak collaborative guarantee,and single evaluation orientation.Based on the rural agricultural scene,this article builds a support path from six dimensions:resource utilization,concept integration,multi-party collaboration,multiple evaluation,mixed training and achievement transformation,promoting rural teachers to take root in the local areas,improving their educational abilities,and making them grow into education-type rural teachers with both family and country feelings and professionalism,provide teaching support for the high-quality and balanced development of rural education and rural revitalization across the board.关键词
