"同室支持"护理模式对封闭式病房慢性精神分裂症男患者的康复干预效果研究
Effect of the"room-based peer support"nursing model on rehabilitation outcomes in male patients with chronic schizophrenia in closed wards

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the"room-based peer support"nursing model on rehabilitation outcomes in male patients with chronic schizophrenia in closed wards.Methods A total of 140 male patients with chronic schizophrenia who were admitted to the closed wards of the Third People's Hospital of Zhanjiang from September 2024 to September 2025 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table.The control group(70 cases)received conventional psychiatric care plus special work and entertainment therapy,while the observation group(70 cases)received the"room-based peer support"nursing model in addition to the control group's care.The scores of Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL),Nurses'Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE),Insight and Treatment Attitudes Questionnaire(ITAQ),as well as the incidence of nursing adverse events during the intervention period were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of ADL,NOSIE and ITAQ in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"room-based peer support"nursing model can significantly improve daily living abilities,social function and treatment compliance of male patients with chronic schizophrenia in closed wards,and reduce the risk of adverse nursing events.关键词
