Abstract
The 15th Five-Year Plan period represents a critical phase for comprehensively advancing rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.Digitalization serves as the core technological foundation and innovative driver for modernizing rural governance systems and capabilities.Grounded in the national strategic framework and practical realities of rural development during this period,this study elucidates the specific value of enhancing digital governance in rural areas,analyzes existing challenges in current practices,and ultimately proposes optimized digital governance pathways tailored to rural characteristics across four dimensions:infrastructure,governance models,resource allocation,and institutional frameworks.These insights provide actionable references for building livable,prosperous,and harmonious rural communities while strengthening the grassroots foundation for national governance modernization.关键词
