活血解毒类中药调控核因子κB抗动脉粥样硬化机制的研究进展
Research Progress on the Anti-atherosclerosis Mechanisms of Blood-activating and Detoxifying Traditional Chinese Medicines by Regulating NF-κB Pathway
摘要
Abstract
The nuclear factor κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway delays the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis(AS)by mediating endothelial cell injury,regulating macrophage polarization,ferroptosis,and regulating the stability of vascular smooth muscle cells and plaques.According to Traditional Chinese Medicine theories,blood stasis and toxins are mutually causal and interdependent factors,running through the occurrence and the entire process of AS.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of AS,the method of promoting blood circulation and detoxification has become one of the important therapeutic approaches for AS.This paper systematically reviews the research progress on the active ingredients and compound prescriptions of blood-activating and detoxifying Traditional Chinese Medicines against AS by regulating NF-κB signaling pathway.It is suggested that the NF-κB pathway may be the key target of blood-activating and detoxifying Traditional Chinese Medicines for the prevention and treatment of AS.关键词
