李建超运用"清润内外双解法"辨治干眼的临床经验
LI Jianchao's Clinical Experience in Diagnosing and Treating Dry Eye Based on the Qingrun Internal and External Double Solution Method

Abstract
Dry eye falls under the category of Baisezheng in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),and its pathogenesis is closely related to Yin deficiency with fluid exhaustion,liver depression and spleen deficiency,spleen dampness and phlegm obstruction,as well as liver and kidney deficiency.Chief Physician LI Jianchao,based on the concept of Tiaoti therapy(constitution-regulating therapy),proposed the Qingrun internal and external double solution method,which emphasizes clearing heat and moistening dryness,integrating internal and external treatments,and addressing both symptoms and root causes.This five-combination therapy comprises ocular fumigation with the Chinese medicines fumigation with"Runmu Formula Ⅰ",acupuncture at Yingxiang(LI20)penetrating towards Bitong(EX-HN8),iontophoresis with Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma injection,and acupoint injection with Angelicae sinensis radix injection,to dredge meridians,promote tear secretion,and improve the ocular surface microenvironment and oral Chinese medicines treatment guided by syndrome differentiation,working synergistically to unblock meridians,promote tear secretion and improve the ocular surface microenvironment.For patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder is used to soothe liver and strengthen spleen;For those with spleen deficiency and dampness encumbrance,Shenling Baizhu Powder is used to strengthen spleen and drain dampness;For those with liver and kidney deficiency,Qiju Dihuang Pill is used to nourish liver and kidney.This method,through the integration of internal and external treatments and the simultaneous regulation of body and mind,reflects the TCM approach of multitarget and multipathway comprehensive treatment for dry eye.关键词
