Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of transition outcome preparation nursing guided by dyadic illness management theory in patients with severe pancreatitis.Methods The study was conducted on 86 patients with severe pancreatitis who were admitted to the Suzhou Municipal Hospital Baita Branch from January 2024 to April 2026,as well as their primary caregivers.They were randomly divided into an observation group(43 patients)and a control group(43 patients)using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received transition outcome preparation nursing for patients with severe pancreatitis guided by dyadic illness management theory.Indicators such as symptom relief time were compared between the two groups.Results The time for alleviation of symptoms such as abdominal distension in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of the discharge readiness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge and 3 months after discharge,the scores of the Family Caregiver Task Inventory(FCTI)and the Dyadic Coping Inventory(DCI)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transition outcome preparation nursing guided by dyadic illness management theory can effectively accelerate symptom relief in patients with severe pancreatitis,enhance their discharge readiness,significantly improve the caregiving ability of primary caregivers,and elevate the level of dyadic coping.关键词
