从"温清并用"法探讨甲状腺相关眼病的治疗思路
Treatment Thoughts on Thyroid Eye Disease from the Perspective of Combined Warming and Clearing Method

Abstract
Thyroid eye disease(TED)is currently one of the common orbital diseases and represents a challenging area in the treatment of ophthalmic conditions.This disease is not a simple ocular lesion,but rather an ocular manifestation of a systemic disorder triggered by autoimmune dysregulation,and most patients have concurrent thyroid dysfunction.Clinical treatment of this disease should not be limited to single symptomatic ophthalmic interventions.It is necessary to simultaneously address the regulation and treatment of the primary thyroid disease,stabilize the body's thyroid hormone levels,and avoid significant fluctuations that would cause continuous stimulation to the ocular lesions,so as to curb the progression of the disease from its root.At present,clinical approaches mostly include glucocorticoid pulse therapy,immunomodulation,and surgical correction,but these have shortcomings such as obvious side effects and limited long-term efficacy.Based on the pathogenic characteristics,core pathogenesis,and disease course evolution patterns of TED,this article takes the combined warming and clearing method of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)as the core treatment thought,and systematically summarizes the unique advantages of treatment based on pattern differentiation and holistic regulation under the guidance of this method,aiming to improve patients'ocular symptoms and overall constitution,and enhance the clinical diagnosis and treatment outcomes of TED.关键词
