Abstract
This study selects 17 domestic enterprises engaged in post-consumer packaging film recycling in China as the re-search objects and constructs a life cycle assessment(LCA)model covering the full process of waste film collection,re-generated pellet production,and recycled film manufacturing.The proportion of recycled plastics applied to the produc-tion of recycled heavy-duty packaging film ranges from 4.73%to 5.78%.Life cycle costing analysis indicates that the in-ternal cost per functional unit of recycled heavy-duty packaging film is 12 186.22 RMB.The coupling coordination degree model reveals that the coupling level of environmental load,internal cost and social impact in China's waste packaging film recycling industry maintains a relatively favorable state.Spatially,the coupling coordination degree presents a region-al distribution pattern of South China>Central China>Southwest China>East China>North China.Further TOP-SIS analysis clarifies the priority of process optimization from three dimensions including environmental load,life cycle in-ternal cost and social environmental cost.The optimization order of each production link is sorted as virgin plastic produc-tion,processing aid production,recycled plastic production,transportation,and electricity generation in sequence.关键词
