农业高等院校思想政治教育助推乡村人才振兴的路径研究

Abstract
Effectively conducting ideological and political education,higheraricultural institutions serves as a critical support for boosting the revitalization of rural talents and consolidating the foundation of agricultural modernization.Cultivating agriculture-related talent of the new era who"understand agriculture,love rural areas and care for rural people",and fully implementing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education are the due responsibilities of agricultural colleges and universities in the new era.However,the current ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and universities still faces challenges from practical issues such as weak agriculture-specific practical education links and insufficient integration with agriculture-related majors in universities.To enable agricultural colleges and universities to effectively serve rural revitalization,it is necessary to give full play to the effectiveness of ideological and political education,adhere to the entire chain of efforts,coordinate the entire process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to serve the training practice of agriculture,rural areas and rural people in the new era,and use the ideological and political education of agricultural colleges and universities.The high-quality development of political education work promotes the high-quality realization of rural revitalization across the board goals.关键词
