菊花的化学成分与药理作用研究进展及在眼病中的应用
Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Chrysan-themum morifolium and Its Application in Ocular Diseases

Abstract
Chrysanthemum morifolium is a commonly used medicinal and edible homologous material in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)from the genus Chrysanthemum of the Asteraceae family.According to the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,it is categorized into five me-dicinal types based on different origins and processing methods:Hangju,Gongju,Chuju,Boju,and Huaiju.This article systematically reviews the main chemical constituents of Chrysanthemum mori-folium,including flavonoids,volatile oils,phenylpropanoids,and triterpenoids,as well as its core pharmacological effects such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,lipid-lowering,and hypoglycemic activities.It also summarizes the application progress of Chrysanthemum morifolium monomers,single medicines,and its compound formulas in ocular diseases including dry eye,reti-nopathy,cataract,and uveitis,and compiles related research findings on its ocular protective ef-fects through pathways like antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptotic,and anti-angiogenic mechanisms.Based on existing research,it can be concluded that the synergistic action of mul-tiple components in Chrysanthemum morifolium has definite preventive and therapeutic effects on various ocular diseases with good safety.However,current research still has limitations such as insufficient elu-cidation of underlying mechanisms,lack of verification of overall synergistic effects,non-uniform research method-ologies,and insufficient high-quality evidence-based studies.Future efforts should focus on further deepening re-search on mechanisms of action,stan-dardizing research systems,and conducting clinical evidence-based explorations to provide a sci-entific basis for the in-depth application of Chrysanthemum morifolium in the prevention and treat-ment of ocular diseases and the development of new drugs.关键词
