《医宗金鉴》眼病辨治思想探析
An Analysis of the Thoughts on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Eye Dis-eases in Yi Zong Jin Jian

Abstract
Yi Zong Jin Jian established a systematic and complete paradigm for syndrome differentiation and treatment in Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).This paper systematically reviews the ophthalmological contents of Yi Zong Jin Jian and summarizes its core ideas on syndrome differentiation and treatment.Based on the holistic view that"the eyes are the essence of the five Zang and six Fu"the book proposes that external ocular disorders are mostly caused by meridian heat opening the interstices,allowing wind-heat combined pathogens to attack upward,with the core pathogenesis being excess pathogen accumulation.The treatment principle is to dispel pathogens and clear heat,treating the manifestation urgently.Internal ocular disorders are mostly triggered by internal injuries from seven emotions,improper diet,and fatigue,with the core pathogenesis being deficiency of Zangfu and loss of nourishment to the eyes.The treatment principle is to nourish and supplement essence and Qi,treating the root cause chronically.For complex syndromes involving both internal and external disorders,it advocates simultaneous treatment of both internal and external aspects,addressing both root and manifestation.This diagnostic and therapeutic paradigm not only systematically standardizes the theory of Ophthalmology of TCM but also enhances the operability of clinical diagnosis and treatment,laying an important theoretical foundation for future ophthalmic clinical practice and academic inheritance.关键词
