从伏邪、络病理论与脏腑辨证角度论治乳腺癌
Treatment of Breast Cancer from the Perspectives of Latent Pathogen Theory,Collateral Disease Theory,and Syndrome Differentiation of Zang-Fu Organs

Abstract
Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor characterized by insidious onset,gradual formation of masses,and a high tendency toward recurrence and metastasis.Taking latent pathogen theory and collateral disease theory as the theoretical thread,and syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs as the guiding framework,this paper proposes that the pathogenesis of breast cancer is rooted in liver failure in free coursing,spleen dysfunction in transportation and transformation,kidney deficiency,and insufficiency of the Chong and Ren vessels.Dysregulation of qi,blood,and body fluid circulation serves as the pivotal pathomechanism,while latent pathogens such as phlegm,blood stasis,and toxin obstructing the breast collaterals constitute the branch manifestation.The pathogenetic evolution of breast cancer can be summarized into four stages:liver qi stagnation with latent pathogens hiding in the collaterals,spleen deficiency with phlegm-stasis accumulation and collateral obstruction forming nodules,Chong-Ren insufficiency with collateral retention leading to mass formation,and spleen-kidney deficiency with vital qi deficiency and lingering pathogens.Based on these stages,a corresponding staged therapeutic system is constructed to clarify the treatment principles and methods for each phase.This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for the whole-course management of breast cancer with traditional Chinese medicine by elucidating the interaction between zang-fu organs dysfunction and pathological changes in the breast collaterals.关键词
