Effect of nursing team-led diversified management in patients after lumbar fusion surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing team-led diversified management in patients after lumbar fusion surgery.Methods According to the random number table method,168 patients after lumbar fusion surgery admitted to Changshu No.2 People's Hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing,84 patients)and an observation group(receiving nursing team-led diversified management,84 patients).The lumbar function,self-care ability,complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores and Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)scores,and lower Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores(P<0.05);the JOA scores,ESCA scores,and ODI scores of both groups were better than those before intervention(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing team-led diversified management in patients after lumbar fusion surgery can improve lumbar function and self-care ability,reduce the risk of complications,and enhance satisfaction.关键词
