经导管动脉化疗栓塞术联合扶正消瘤颗粒治疗原发性肝癌的近期疗效分析
Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization Combined with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Granules for Primary Liver Cancer:A Short-Term Efficacy Analysis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)combined with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Granules in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were prospectively enrolled and randomly assigned to a control group(n=41)and a treatment group(n=41).Both groups received standard symptomatic treatment.The treatment group received TACE combined with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Granules Ⅱ(twice daily),while the control group received TACE and conventional Western medical treatment.The objective response rate(ORR),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)level,Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score,and liver function parameters were compared between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months post-treatment.Results At 3 months post-treatment,the ORR was 48.8％in the control group and 70.7％in the treatment group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The reduction in AFP level at 3 months post-treatment was significantly greater in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The KPS scores at 1 month and 3 months post-treatment were significantly higher in both groups compared with baseline(the preoperative day),with a greater increase in the treatment group(P<0.05).At 3 months post-treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and total bilirubin(TBIL)decreased in both groups compared with baseline and 1-month post-treatment levels,with a greater reduction in the treatment group(P<0.05).Albumin(ALB)levels increased in both groups at 3 months post-treatment compared with baseline and 1-month post-treatment levels,and the increase was greater in the treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TACE combined with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Granules can improve the objective response rate,liver function,and quality of life in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma,demonstrating superior efficacy compared with conventional Western medical treatment alone.关键词
