Lin Lizhu's Clinical Experience in Treating Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor-Related Adverse Reactions Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Abstract
This article summarizes Professor Lin Lizhu's clinical experience in treating epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKI)-related adverse reactions based on syndrome differentiation.It is believed that"healthy qi deficiency with latent pathogen as the foundation,triggered by drug toxicity"constitutes the core pathogenesis of EGFR-TKI-related adverse reactions.In lung cancer patients,healthy qi deficiency and internal latent pathogens exist,and the toxicity of drugs triggers latent pathogens,leading to various symptoms of drug toxicity such as rash,oral ulcers,and diarrhea.The treatment principle is"eliminating toxins and expelling pathogens,and reinforcing healthy qi".Based on the specific nature of the latent pathogens,methods are applied to expel pathogens,while simultaneously consolidating and protecting the fundamentals of lung,spleen,liver,and kidney.This approach provides insights for the treatment of targeted therapy-induced drug toxicity from the perspective of latent pathogens,and offers a reference for the synergistic attenuation of toxicity with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
