Jia Liqun's Experience in Treating Radiation Enteritis from"Fire and Toxin Damage Collaterals with Deficiency of Vital Qi"
摘要
Abstract
Radiation enteritis is the most common intestinal complication caused by radiotherapy of malignant tumors in the abdominal cavity and pelvis.Professor Jia Liqun believes that the main pathogenesis of radiation enteritis is"fire and toxin damage collaterals with deficiency of vital qi".According to that,radiation enteritis can be divided into three stages:heat and toxin damage collaterals,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,and leakage of essence and blood.Treatment centers on oral administration of the modified Fuzheng Qingchang Formula,combined with external retention enema therapy using the Changning Formula.Through the simultaneous regulation of internal and external therapies,favorable clinical efficacy has been achieved.关键词
