Clinical Efficacy of Rongxue Fuzheng Decoction Combined with Recombinant Human Thrombopoietin in the Treatment of Thrombocytopenia After Anti-Tumor Therapy and Its Influences on the Serum Levels of STAT3 and vWF

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Rongxue Fuzheng Decoction combined with recombinant human thrombopoietin(rhTPO)in the treatment of thrombocytopenia(TP)in patients after anti-tumor therapy.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 86 patients with TP after anti-tumor therapy in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Patients were divided into the rhTPO group(treated with rhTPO,45 cases)and the combination group(treated with rhTPO and Rongxue Fuzheng Decoction,41 cases)according to different treatment regimens.The total effective rate,disease improvement,blood routine indicators,coagulation function indicators,and serum indicators were compared.Results The total effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the rhTPO group[(93.33%vs 78.05%,P＜0.05].The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,prothrombin time(PT),von willebrand factor(vWF)level,and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the combination group were lower than those in the rhTPO group(P＜0.05).The levels of white blood cell count(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3),fibrinogen(FIB),platelet count(PLT),and Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score in the combination group were higher than those in the rhTPO group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Rongxue Fuzheng Decoction combined with rhTPO can effectively improve the coagulation function of TP patients after anti-tumor treatment,promote the increase of peripheral blood PLT,regulate the levels of serum STAT3 and vWF,and has good safety.关键词
