Abstract
Objective To study the effect of the TCM nursing outpatient consultation teaching mode on the improvement of the nursing ability of TCM backbone nurses based on syndrome differentiation.Methods From January 2024 to December 2025,37 TCM backbone nurses who were on duty at Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects,all of whom received training based on the TCM nursing outpatient consultation teaching mode.The various assessment results of the nurses,as well as their scores in the syndrome differentiation-based nursing assessment and their scores in specialized TCM nursing knowledge were compared before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation,the scores of the nurses in the following aspects were all higher than those before the implementation,including theoretical assessment,skill assessment,nursing rounds,patient management scores,TCM nursing assessment,TCM nursing skills,TCM nursing health education score and the total score,as well as the implementation of nursing based on syndrome differentiation,health education and rehabilitation guidance implementation standards,standardized implementation of TCM nursing techniques,and nurse specialty TCM nursing knowledge score(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of TCM nursing outpatient consultation may enhance the TCM backbone nurses'competence in syndrome differentiation-based nursing and their theoretical level of TCM.关键词
