摘要
Abstract
Systematic prevention and control of postoperative complications in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery is crucial for recovery quality and survival outcomes.The traditional passive nursing model and single-modality medical interventions have limitations in predictability and precision.This review systematically summarizes the construction methodology,core components,and clinical application progress of an integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(TCM-WM)early warning nursing pathway for gastrointestinal postoperative complications,guided by evidence-based medicine and the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept,and deeply integrated with the TCM principle of"preventive treatment of disease"and syndrome differentiation nursing techniques.Preliminary practice indicates that this pathway shows clear potential in reducing the incidence of complications,shortening the time to first flatus,and improving patient comfort,although challenges such as insufficient high-quality evidence for TCM techniques and lack of information system support remain.This pathway reflects the complementary advantages of TCM and Western medicine in postoperative gastrointestinal management,signifies a strategic transformation of the nursing model from passive response to proactive early warning and synergistic intervention.In the future,intelligent technology is needed to achieve advanced warning and full-cycle management of the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.关键词
