基于"君臣佐使"模型的中医药院校《诊断学基础》教学体系重构与实践
Reconstructing the Teaching System of Fundamentals of Diagnostics in Chinese Medicine Universities:A Practice Based on the"Jun-Chen-Zuo-Shi"Model

Abstract
Under the background of the New Medical Science initiative,cultivating top-notch innovative clinical medical talents who are proficient in both Chinese Medicine(CM)and Western medicine,and capable in both clinical practice and scientific research,is an urgent need for the development of integrative medicine.This study constructed a teaching reform for Basic Diagnostics based on the theoretical model of"sovereign-minister-assistant-envoy"(Jun-Chen-Zuo-Shi).Relying on three cloud-based platforms—the"Cloud Classroom""Cloud Training Ground"and"Cloud Clinic"—the system implements the four-stage classroom model of"theory-practical training-clinical practice-dual thinking"and reshapes the assessment and evaluation system.Practical application has demonstrated significant teaching efficacy:students' post-competence and course satisfaction rates improved(P＜0.01);the number of awards won by students in competitions and innovation-entrepreneurship outcomes have increased.This study effectively breaks through bottlenecks in traditional teaching,such as hindered clinical translation and fragmentation between Chinese and Western medical thinking,providing a reference for cultivating high-quality first-class talents in integrated Chinese and Western medicine.关键词
