Abstract
To investigate the effects of different panicle nitrogen(N)fertilizer rates on the yield and quality of the rice variety Huazheyou 261,a field experiment was conducted with 3 N application rates at the panicle initiation stage:0(N1),18(N2),and 36 kg/hm2(N3),while keeping other fertilizer inputs consistent.Rice yield and its components,N uptake and utilization, and rice quality traits were measured for each treatment. The results showed that, compared with N1,the N2 and N3 treatments significantly increased grain number per panicle and grain yield, but decreased seed setting rate and 1 000-grain weight. With increasing panicle N rate, total aboveground N uptake and grain N uptake showed increasing trends, while N harvest index, partial factor productivity of N,and grain production efficiency exhibited decreasing trends.Meanwhile, brown rice rate, head rice rate, and gel consistency decreased, whereas chalkiness degree increased.Considering both yield and quality performance, the optimal panicle N application rate for Huazheyou 261 under the conditions of this experiment is 18 kg/hm2.关键词
