Abstract
To investigate the effects of different fertilization regimes on soil fertility and pepper growth,6 treatments were established in this experiment:no fertilizer(CK),100%compound fertilizer(T1),75%compound fertilizer+organic fertilizer(T2),50%compound fertilizer+organic fertilizer(T3),25%compound fertilizer+organic fertilizer(T4),and 100%organic fertilizer(T5).Soil fertility, pepper agronomic traits, yield, and quality were compared across treatments. The results showed that all fertilization treatments significantly improved soil fertility indicators compared with CK,with T4 treatment showing the best improvement effect. Its organic matter, total nitrogen, alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium content increased by 62.5%,103.6%,77.8%,100.3%,and 84.5%,respectively,compared to CK.In terms of plant growth,T2 achieved the greatest plant height and optimal fruit longitudinal and transverse diameters, while T4 had the thickest stem diameter. The pepper yields across treatments ranked in the order of T4>T3>T1>T2>CK>T5,with T4 achieving the highest yield of 36 956.86 kg/hm2.For fruit quality,T2 exhibited the highest contents of vitamin C(163.16 mg/kg),capsaicin(8.51 g/kg),soluble sugars(325.05 mg/kg),and soluble protein(1.99 mg/kg).In summary,it is recommended that for pepper cultivation, the T2 regime be adopted before flowering to optimize fruit quality, and then switched to the T4 regime at the fruit-setting stage to ensure high yield.关键词
