10个品种羽衣甘蓝种子萌发特性比较分析
Comparative analysis of seed germination characteristics of 10 kale varieties

Abstract
To investigate the seed germination characteristics of different kale varieties,10 cultivars(including red ornamental,white ornamental and edible types)were used as materials.14 indices were measured under controlled light incubator conditions,including germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index,mean germination time,root length,stem length,root fresh weight,stem fresh weight,root dry weight,stem dry weight and their related ratios.Correlation analysis and principal component analysis were employed for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the germination potential(91.67%-96.67%)and germination rate(95.00%-100%)of the edible cultivar YYGL,the red ornamental cultivar HG and the white ornamental cultivar BLXL were significantly higher than those of the other cultivars(P<0.05).BLXL exhibited the highest germination index(17.76)and vigor index(5.08).The mean germination time ranged from 1.45 to 2.42 d among cultivars,with HG showing the shortest(1.45 d).Correlation analysis revealed that germination potential and germination rate were extremely significantly positively correlated with germination index and vigor index(P<0.01).Mean germination time was significantly negatively correlated with stem fresh weight/root fresh weight(P<0.05).Root length,root fresh weight,root dry weight and root length/stem length were positively correlated with each other to varying degrees,while they were significantly or extremely significantly negatively correlated with stem dry weight/root dry weight.The comprehensive score was highest for YYGL(1.062),followed by BLXL(0.578)and BSH(0.367),indicating that YYGL exhibited the best seed germination characteristics among the tested varieties.This study provides a reference for the screening of kale varieties for introduction in the Qiandongnan region.关键词
