中国OFDI对"一带一路"沿线国家经济韧性的影响研究
Impact of China's OFDI on Economic Resilience of Countries along the Belt and Road Initiative

Abstract
Based on panel data from 65 countries along the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)from 2009 to 2022,this study employs the CRITIC-entropy method to measure the economic resilience of these countries,analyzes its spatialtemporal evolution characteristics,and further adopts a two-way fixed-effects model to examine the impact of China's OFDI on the economic resilience of these countries.The results show that:(1)Overall,China's OFDI has greatly boosted the economic resilience of countries along the BRI,and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests.(2)With respect to the mechanisms involved,improving the institutional environment and increasing resource allocation efficiency serve as mediators through which China's OFDI enhances economic resilience,while the advancement of the"Five Connections"has a notably positive moderating effect.(3)In terms of differences across countries,since the BRI's inception,China's OFDI has played an increasingly important role in strengthening economic resilience,especially in nations with lower economic development and limited natural resources.(4)Further analysis reveals that U.S.OFDI has no significant impact on the economic resilience of countries along the BRI,which confirms the unique value of China's OFDI.China's OFDI also improves the economic resilience of provinces within China,which is more evident in provinces along the route since the initiative began.This study not only addresses doubts about China's OFDI in international academia,but also highlights the effectiveness and inclusiveness of China's development-focused OFDI,offering valuable theoretical foundations and policy references to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation and promote high-quality shared growth.关键词
