犬胚胎获取、移植手术过程中麻醉管理回顾性分析
Retrospective analysis of anesthesia management during canine embryo acquisition and transplantation surgery

Abstract
In order to investigate the anesthetic effect of propofol and rapid sleep new type Ⅱ combined anesthesia in canine embryo retrieval and transplantation surgery.Retrospective analysis of anesthesia management during embryo acquisition and transplantation surgery in 16 dogs.After administering medication before anesthesia,the heart rate and respiration of the experimental dogs showed a decrease.During the anesthesia process,the heart rate and blood oxygen gradually increased,and the mean arterial pressure showed three different characteristics.Rapid sleep new type Ⅱ(dose 3.5 mg/kg,IM)is used as a pre-anesthesia medication,and propofol in-duction and maintenance anesthesia can basically meet the anesthesia needs during canine embryo acquisition and transplantation surgery.关键词
