区域国别导向的国际研究生创新能力培养:现实困境与改革路径
摘要
Abstract
With the deepening implementation of the strategy of strengthening education,international student education in China has entered a new stage of"improving quality and efficiency".Cultivating high-level international innovative talents who know China and are friendly to China has become a core mission of current international postgraduate education.International graduates cultivation faces common problems such as insufficient training in research methods,a disconnect between research topic selection and the advantages of students'home countries,and the underutilization of student resources in serving the development of disciplines.The paper argues that,guided by the goal of cultivating innovative talents,a crucial pathway to systematically enhance the innovation capability and quality of international graduates is to establish a trinity innovation capability cultivation model of"foundation consolidation-area orientation-advisory collaboration".This involves reforming the foundational curriculum to strengthen research method training,guiding research topics to focus on area studies,and engaging outstanding international students in regional and country studies.关键词
