专创融合视域下工科研究生创新实践能力培养的问题与策略

Abstract
Postgraduate education is a vital component of the national innovation system,and the cultivation of innovative and practical abilities among graduate students is key to enhancing the quality of high-level talent.Taking Inner Mongolia University of Technology as an example,this paper first elaborates on the main issues in fostering innovative and practical capabilities among engineering graduate students,and then proposes targeted improvement strategies.The research provides reference value for reforming engineering postgraduate education in local colleges and universities from the perspective of specialization-innovation integration.关键词
