癌性爆发痛疼痛评估工具的研究进展
Research progress on pain assessment tools for breakthrough cancer pain
摘要
Abstract
Breakthrough cancer pain(BTcP),as a common and refractory pain type in cancer patients,requires accurate assessment as a prerequisite for effective management.However,there is currently no fully unified or universally recognized tool for assessing BTcP in clinical practice.This review focuses on pain assessment tools for BTcP and systematically summarizes the types of instruments commonly used in both clinical practice and research.Furthermore,this review examines the validation status of various assessment tools,particularly their applicability across diverse populations.It highlights existing limitations in standardized implementation,cross-cultural adaptation,and the incorporation of disease-specific indicators.Future efforts should focus on optimizing these tools and conducting localized validation to enhance the accuracy and clinical utility of BTcP assessment,thereby providing a reliable basis for developing individualized treatment strategies.关键词
