乳腺癌诊疗规范化系统应用分析
Application analysis of standardized diagnosis and treatment system for breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To construct an intelligent quality control system for standardized diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer based on a hospital information integration platform,realize real-time intervention in the whole diagnosis and treatment process,quantitative-ly evaluate the improvement effect of the system on clinical quality control indicators,homogenization of physicians'diagnosis and treat-ment,and patients'medical experience,so as to improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment management level of regional breast can-cer.Methods:A standardized breast cancer diagnosis and treatment system was built relying on hospital business systems including HIS,LIS,RIS,EMR and the pathology system,with built-in guideline knowledge base and a real-time quality control rule engine,which integrat-ed functions of intelligent reminders,hierarchical early warning,quality control evaluation and multi-dimensional data statistical analysis.A total of 647 inpatients with breast cancer in January 2025(before system launch)and 609 in January 2026(one year after launch)were en-rolled.Five core quality control indicators including postoperative pathological TNM staging,clinical TNM staging before initial treatment,pathological diagnosis before non-surgical treatment,matching of HER2 targeted therapy and adequate axillary lymph node dissection were compared.SPSS 26.0 software was used for data processing.Patient satisfaction questionnaires were distributed one year after system launch to evaluate medical experience from three dimensions:treatment safety,streamlined workflow,treatment efficacy and informed consent.Results:One year after the system went online,the number of qualified cases of all five core quality control indicators increased significant-ly,with P<0.01,showing statistically significant differences.The results of the satisfaction survey showed that the average score of each di-mension was higher than 4.1 points,the proportion of positive feedback exceeded 80%,and negative feedback accounted for less than 2.5%,reflecting high recognition among patients.In addition,the system could make up for the difference in diagnosis and treatment ability among physicians with different seniorities,improve the standardized clinical ability of young doctors,and reduce the burden of clinical documents and quality control statistics.Conclusion:The information-based standardized diagnosis and treatment system for breast cancer can realize closed-loop management of pre-event reminders,intra-event corrections and post-event traceability.It can effectively unify the diagnosis and treatment standards of different physicians,improve the compliance rate of single-disease quality control indicators and homogenization of clinical practice,and optimize patients'medical experience.It provides a replicable information solution for standardized and long-term quality control management of regional single tumor diseases.关键词
